    Convenient location near the airport.

    The staff were unhelpful and uneducated. After a long flight, no one assisted me with my luggage, and I felt completely disregarded. There was no privacy at the front desk, as numerous guests were being served at once. There were bugs in my room, and the mattress was uncomfortable, ruining my overall comfort.

    Great and particularly good location to the closest bus stop made it easy to get to key attractions. Variety of meals for breakfast, it was satisfactory. All of the staff were exceptional, exceptionally nice.

    My big room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Gimpo airport and also Lotte Mall, the main bustling tourist spots, and Mayfield. I dined around 4-6 minutes walk from the property at Nakwon.

    Staff always efficient and amiable!

    Ideal place with free Wi-Fi and traditional restaurant. Unique location in Gangseo-Gu district close to Gimpo airport and also Lotte Mall and the subway / rail network. A safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card available in the superior twin room. A walk-in shower in the bathroom...

    Gorgeous hotel, good breakfast!

    the hotel was set in beautiful grounds, as with anything in Korea it is not really geared for the western guests,

    i found getting a cup of tea and a cqoisant for breakfast difficult, had to have the full thing which looked very weird and wonderful or nothing, i ended up getting a coffee and a bagel at the airport.

    We stayed at a lovely hotel close to the airport with wonderful amenities, including a fantastic indoor pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the playground, and being nearby the beautiful gardens. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

    My children wished the breakfast options would be more varied for families.

    The area is very beautifull. The only one is that in the near is Gimpo airport and its very noisy.

    The room smelled bad...sewerage. The bathroom really dated with mold around the tub, towels old and grey. Carpet dirty and slippers not disposable. Linens in beds fresh and clean

    We thoroughly enjoyed the rooms with a view of Gimpo Airport. the hotel is situated in a great and unique location, away from the busy tourist areas. a main attraction like the Great Barn is just 3 km from the hotel.

    Superior double room was quite spacious, even with a spare bed in the room. It had a feel of being classy without being overdone. The dining options are excellent. The traditional Korean restaurant 'Bongraehon', set in a replica palace, is a must. It was a superb and authentic Korean dining experience. The quality of room service food was exceptional. Even the presentation was great. The grounds, buildings, gardens, ponds and multitudes of traditional and modern sculptures were delightful. A lovely place to wander about whether with coffee & camera or scotch and cigar. Fantastic! The place is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

    The 3 inch thick down duvet on the bed. In july!!! Easily fixed the second night though. The crummy shower head that is angled wrong for the fittings. It takes all the space out of the shower and forces you to squeeze in where it wants to go.
